These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "the Terms") govern the use of the fulfilo.ro website (hereinafter "the Site"), operated by FULFILO SRL, with registered office at Str. I. H. Radulescu 32, Câmpina, Prahova County, Romania, VAT RO47668546.

By accessing and using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any of the provisions below, please do not use the Site.

2. Service description

FULFILO SRL provides complete fulfillment services for online stores, including:

  • Goods reception and inventory management
  • Organised and secure warehousing
  • Order processing (picking & packing)
  • Delivery and parcel tracking
  • Returns and stock reintegration

These services are provided under a separate commercial contract between FULFILO SRL and its clients (companies / legal entities).

3. Use of the Site

The Site is for informational purposes and presents the services offered by FULFILO SRL. You undertake to use the Site:

  • In compliance with applicable laws
  • Without infringing the rights of others
  • Without attempting unauthorised access to our systems
  • Without transmitting harmful data (viruses, malware)
